In today's swimming pool market, the integrated swimming pool is emerging with its innovative manufacturing process. The construction of traditional swimming pools usually requires digging the ground first, or building a frame on the ground, and then using civil engineering materials such as cement and sand, and finally pasting tiles. During the construction process, water pipes also need to be buried underground, and a machine room needs to be built to install related equipment. This construction method has many disadvantages. For example, there is a large flow of people. Different people need to enter the construction site, and it is difficult to ensure the security of the installation site, especially in private areas. The construction period is long. Whether indoors or outdoors, it is affected by the weather. Rainy and humid weather can affect the construction progress. The material supply is cumbersome. If a swimming pool is built in a small space, due to the inability to store too many materials, multiple supplies are required. The subsequent pipeline maintenance problem is prominent. Since the pipelines of the product are pre-buried, when the pipelines age or are broken due to external forces or geological changes, maintenance is difficult. The subsequent maintenance of the swimming pool is also troublesome. Since the swimming pool is underground, when the inner tiles or membranes of the swimming pool crack, the pool water will leak, and maintenance is more difficult. The swimming pool occupies a lot of space. Due to the existence of the machine room, there are also certain problems with space occupation. Moreover, the swimming function is single, with only ordinary still water or simple water spraying functions, and the functions are limited.
The production process of the integrated swimming pool is quite different. First, the prefabricated overall swimming pool body is produced. Its production process includes mold making, applying a release agent to the mold, spraying gel coat liquid acrylic on the mold, waiting for the gel coat to cure, then applying a surface mat, spraying resin, applying fiber, spraying resin, applying a square cloth, spraying resin, and applying glass fiber. After waiting for these composite layers to cure into the overall swimming pool body, the mold is separated from the overall swimming pool body. Subsequently, install a steel support for the prefabricated overall swimming pool body, bond the steel support to the overall swimming pool body with fiber and resin, wait for the fiber and resin to cure, then spray a thermal insulation layer on the overall swimming pool body, wait for the thermal insulation layer to cure, and then install a control module, water supply and drainage pipelines, water pumps, rapid current nozzles, countercurrent nozzles, color-changing light therapy lamps, pool water heaters, and disinfection and sterilization systems into the overall swimming pool. Finally, install a decorative panel layer on the outside of the steel support. Such a production process not only has a short construction period and is not affected by the weather, but also has a relatively simple material supply, more convenient subsequent maintenance, and can also achieve multiple functions, such as setting up rapid current nozzles, countercurrent nozzles, color-changing light therapy lamps, etc., bringing users a more abundant swimming experience.
